Waking Up to the Memory of a Maple Creamee

Does this ever happen to you? Your first thought of waking up in the morning is that of a maple creamee? Yep, you are reading this correctly. I woke up this morning thinking of this unadulterated joy. Perhaps I was missing spending time with my in-laws and extended friends and family from New Hampshire...all I know is this was my first waking thought. I think of this day from last summer at McNamara's Dairy in Plainfield, NH and experienced the same joy as when i experienced it for the first time last summer. Now, it was shared with Chris, his parents and our best friend, Ed, which aided in the fun, but the pure joy on my face is my own. I wouldn't classify it as an Instagramable photo (I would have thought to wear something with sleeves) but the confluence of soft serve ice cream and maple syrup was enough for me to forget all of that. Put a maple creamee on your bucket list.
